About Us
Artstream Cultural Resources
is dedicated to assisting visual, literary and performing
artists who are developing innovative methods in arts education.
Artstream promotes and encourages performing
and visual artists working outside of mainstream markets or
who are striving to reach under-served communities or populations
including the Whistle
Pig Concert Series in the Four Corners area
of Southern Colorado.
Artstream also works to promote the perpetuation
and preservation of cultural heritages, through projects such
as the current documentary
on Northwest Coast Regalia, the cross-cultural
exchange of Navajo and Chilkat weavers at the
Toadlena Trading Post near Shiprock, New Mexico, and the Northwest
Coast Native Artists' Gathering 2010.
